Water Savings

Any resident who reports a water leak (faucet, toilet, etc) in their unit which results in Maintenance making a water related repair will receive a $25 rent credit.

Early Rent Payments

If you have a $0 balance by the 5th of the month you will earn a 1% rent credit for the next month, there is no limit to the amount you can earn.  For example: If your rent and water totals $1,000 and you pay $1,000 by August 5, you will receive a $10 rent credit for September.

Illegal Dumping

If you witness illegal dumping of trash or bulk items and send us a picture of the perpetrator and their license plate you will receive a $25 rent credit.
