  • Which utilities are included in the rent?

    None, utilities are separate.

  • How much is the security deposit?

    There is a maximum of one month’s rent. Qualified applicants may have a lower security deposit.

  • Is parking included? Are there guest parking options?

    Yes, we offer surface lot or street parking, available for no monthly fee.

  • What are the lease length options?

    12-15 months. After 12 months, residents have the option to go month-to-month for an additional fee.

  • What security measures are in place?

    There are cameras throughout the property that are regularly monitored.

  • What are the credit requirements to rent?

    Income required is 3x the rent before taxes are deducted. Credit must be recently clean of rental history and not owe previous landlords back rent.
